Optima Health was envisioned over 40 years ago by one of its founding doctors. It was his vision to have a group practice where all providers work together to help the whole person.

Dr. Martens started with Optima Health and Vitality Center in June of 2012. Dr. Martens earned his Bachelors of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.

Amy started with Optima Health and Vitality Center in 2016. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2002 and has conducted psychotherapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Paul (Chyi-Shyang) Lin is from Taiwan with a family rich in the tradition of Chinese medicine. His father specializes in a very unique diagnostic skill, on-the-back-examination, and utilizes topical herbal treatment.
